Desired Qualifications

An interest or experience of supporting adult literacy would be an added advantage;

  • Ensure that all infrastructural improvements and new installations (machines, plants and infrastructure) undergo Good Hygiene Practices and Food safety clearance before use for production
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from a recognized University.
  • Solid knowledge and at least 5 years’ experience in food safety management systems (ISO 22000 or FSSC 22000, GMP and Food safety pre-requisite programs).
  • Trained Lead Auditor in ISO 22000:2005 or/and FSSC 22000:2010 standards with a strong understanding of Regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Corrective and preventive action including Root cause analysis techniques.
  • Effective communication skills including speaking, writing and presenting in English as well as excellent analytical skills.
