Head of Finishing Operations

Our client, an international fast growing Construction Company in East Africa that focuses on building residential and commercial buildings is seeking to recruit a seasoned Head of Finishing Operations, preferably a European Expat to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage operations and finishing team.
• Manage projects from internal phase through to completion and handover.
• Direct all interior finishing.
• Plan and schedule installations and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect contractors to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
• Monitor manpower allocation, equipment’s and materials.

Qualification:

• Must have a degree in the relevant field.
• More than 15 years in construction industry.
• Must have international experience in reputable companies.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge and experience in building high-end houses.
• Must be excellent in housing fittings.
• Must have a track record of delivering on their completion targets reliably.
• Must be able to maintain good relationships with subcontractors while pushing works on.


Monthly gross salary: Ksh 360,000 (Approx. 4,000 USD) depending on experience & qualification
