Key Retail Sales Manager.

Our client, a fast growing FMCG Company based in the outcast of Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Key Retail Sales Manager to be based in Nairobi. The successful candidate MUST have prior experience managing wholesale supermarkets in Kenya.

Responsibilities:

• Grow sales of the company’s product in key and secondary supermarkets in Kenya.
• Work together with the Regional Manager to ensure prompt deliveries to all supermarkets.
• Direct control over all supermarket merchandisers.
• Sales and Marketing within all branches of all key supermarkets.
• Improvement and positions of all company’s products within category shelves.
• Promotional activities to launch strategies for all new products.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience managing key supermarkets in Kenya.
• Must have a proven sales track record.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, specializing in marketing.
• Experience in working in an agriculture / FMCG company will be an added advantage.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh 120,000 (Approx. 1,333USD)depending on experience & qualification
