Project Sales Managers - 3 positions

A dynamic Technology Company with clients in different parts of Africa based in Nairobi, Kenya is seeking to recruit 3 Project Sales Managers. The successful candidate MUST have relevant engineering and I.T background selling products and services to different enterprises while providing purchase, delivery, installation and regular maintenance. He/She MUST be tech savvy and a natural salesperson.

Key Responsibilities; 

• Identify customer requirements and provide tailor made solutions.
• Achieve individual quota that will be allocated in a fair and equitable manner.
• Develop clear proposal & quotes; negotiate prices and credit terms.
• Ensure completion of contracts and orders.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships.
• Prepare sales projections to be used for feasibility plans and financial projections.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Make phone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective clients.
• Engaging in post-sale with regard to project deployment, working closely with the projects and delivery team.

Qualifications;

• Must have 3 years proven experience in selling IT services & solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or I.T is mandatory for the role.
• Must have excellent customer relationship building ability.
• Prior experience in selling for banks, telecommunication, hospitality and government enterprise will be a prerequisite for the role.
• Must have a clean and valid driving license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Must be willing to travel.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh 100,000 plus monthly commissions & bonuses (Approx. 1,000 USD)
