A  Fast growing, dynamic Soft Skills Training Company is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive based in Karen, Nairobi. The successful candidate MUST have a post graduate qualification and relevant sales experience in business to business sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for contacting prospective clients, setting up sales meetings and promoting relevant training courses.
• Development of social media copy and regular postings on social media platforms and company website.
• Managing and building on-line social media platforms Google +, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
• Making minor updates on company website as necessary.
• Administration support to set up and confirm all training courses
• Logistical support for training courses; materials, F&B, documents etc
• Development of post-training reports and follow-up materials
• Administrative and office support and support for Head of Training
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
• Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements.

Qualification:

• Must have a post graduate qualification.
• Must have experience writing proposal to different clients.
• Must have experience selling services B2B.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must enjoy dealing with people from different background.
• Must be tech Savvy.
• Must have excellent written and verbal skills.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 30,000 + annual bonus proportionate to growth of the company

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote sales of systems and products.
• Manage customer accounts, including all related aspects.

• Conduct market and product research.

Qualifications:

• Must have a diploma in sales.
• Must have experience selling telecommunication solutions.
• Must have experience selling to ISP and Telecommunication companies.
• Must demonstrate experience selling broadband wireless equipment’s.
• Must be tech savvy.
• Must have a proven track record in handling major clients and this should be detailed in the C.V.
• Must have excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 200,000/= (Approx. 2,000 USD)
