The recruiter needs a software developer familiar with 3 Tier
architecture:
Front End-5 years of Web Application Development (Java Script framework)
Middle- C# (C# exp is required)
Backend- Oracle Database (must be familiar with Oracle database)

- Work with project team members to understand requirements and current systems
- Independently, develop new database and associated procedures
- Independently, update existing C# web services
- Present work for code reviews
- Update project manager regarding current status, latest effort estimates, and issues
