Main Purpose of Role:
  • The Executive chef supervises other kitchen personnel and is responsible for making the administrative decisions for a restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Chef with a proven track record in various popular Cuisines
  • Experience in managing Food Safety Standards
  • Organised and demonstrates good planning skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to work and deliver results in a fast paced work environment
  • A Team player.
  • Should have excellent grooming standards
  • First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Should be excellent in using various computer packages

Person Specification

  • Diploma in Food Craft
  • Age: 30-40years
Experience
  • Must have at least 5 years’ relevant experience and adequate qualifications
    in a star Hotel
