Regional Sales Manager

Our client, an international company specializes in Protective and Industrial Products is looking to fill the position of a Regional Sales Manager. The position is to start up an exciting new sales department within the current company structure. The successful candidate must have at least 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales and product management. Plus a great command of written and verbal English.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure the company achieves annual sales targets and growth in East Africa.
• Achieve growth for our 2 specific specialist products.
• Create, monitor, manage user distribution networks and develop relevant marketing programs.

Qualifications/skills:

• Must have a bachelor degree in business administration or sales & marketing.
• Must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in sales / product management.
• Have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Must have excellent computer knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of PPE market / distributors is an asset.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.160,000 -  200,000/= (Approx. 1,700USD – 2,000USD) plus benefits
