plant based in Kisumu is looking for a General Manager.
About JB Commercial Agencies
JB COMMERCIAL AGENCIES LTD. is a company
registered in Kenya in 2012 with the objective of manufacturing PET bottles and
production of purified drinking water. JB COMMERCIAL proposes to set up a 215
Tones per annum PET bottle manufacturing facility in Kisumu. The plant will
cater for the Western parts of Kenya and export to neighbouring countries of
Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan. JB COMMERCIAL AGENCIES LTD
also bottles water under the brand name Seven Wells. This bottled water is sold
in Kisumu and it’s environs.
Job Description
- The person will be the overall in charge of JB Commercial Agencies Bottle Manufacturing plant and Water bottling company.
- Prepare business plan and set performance target in consultation with shareholders
- Oversee the implementation of the business plan within budget and meeting performance target.
- Lead the teams at both plants and provide direction for day to day operation in line with the overall business plan.
- Manage the performance of the team and keep track of targets.
Desired Profile
- A graduate in business related discipline
- Passionate about starting and running a business from the ground up
Desired Experience
- 2 years in fast moving consumer goods industry with demonstrated track record of delivering goods to market.
- Working knowledge of Western Kenya
