1.COMMERCIAL MANAGER (Real
estate)
-3years experience in selling & letting & management of high end commercial
properties
-Must have efficient marketing & negotiation skills of contracts
-Must follow up on commercial agency clients while ensuring that they receive the necessary documentation/information
-Must be able to draft heads of Terms & incorporate tenants requirements into standard documents
-Must be able to inspect the commercial agency properties to ensure that they conform to the company's criteria
-Must be able to liaise with various landlords' advocates to ensure that the various standard documents are promptly drafted updated & amended
REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Land Economics or any other related field
- Registered Estate Agent
- Valid Drivers license
Must have great negotiation and interpersonal skills
Must be responsible for personal development and dedicated to results
Must be confidential and dealing with clients & tenants with honesty & integrity
