Our client, a value based youth Association is currently looking to fill the position of Training Executive. The role is responsible for all training programs

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Education, or related field.
• 5 years experience in Training and employee relations

Leadership skills

• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Ability to be proactive, self motivated and self-directed
• Excellent customer care skills
• IT compliant
