FINANCE ASSISTANT (JOBS AND VACANCIES IN KENYA SEPTEMBER 2013)

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for invoice processing, management and reconciliation of office petty cash and facilitating travel and other advances. S/he will maintain an efficient filing system for all invoices, payment vouchers, petty cash vouchers and all other financial records to ensure availability of documentation as required.
We are looking for an individual who possesses a first degree, CPA II and a minimum of 1 year’s relevant work experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the use of MS Office and have knowledge of accounting software, preferably Navision.
These positions are available on initial 2-year contracts with attractive salary and benefit packages. The Finance Assistant will be based in Nairobi. This position will have occasional travel around East Africa.
