Representative Immediately Required in Kenya
A multinational
company is looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong customer
service experience of at least five years in Nairobi. The position will be
based in Nairobi. The preferred candidate must have excellent comprehensive
skills, a strong command of English (both written and spoken), and excellent
response times to emails and phone calls. The candidate must be proficient in
Microsoft Excel, and have excellent customer service and etiquette in dealings
with agents and/or clients. A full clear driving license in Kenya is mandatory.
The candidate should be very familiar with local knowledge of Nairobi and be
able to effortlessly orient other people with this information.
