Title: Pre-Sales Engineer / Solutions Architect
Our client – an ICT company that sells integrated ICT Business Solutions to Corporate and Enterprise market, with regional presence desires to expand its network footprint, by seeking qualified individuals who have passion and desire to be part of a great team of a growing organization.
Job summary: 
The Pre-sales Engineer as known as Solutions Architect’s key role is to provide technical guidance & assists sales account managers in pre-sales activities.

The Solutions Architect is the prime design technical contact for the customer.
He/She is responsible for leading the initiation phase of project by setting the design of the solution required by the customer and for the final design that will be implemented in coordination with the appointed Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides pre and post-sale technical support by developing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations;
  • Pursue business opportunities within customers environment;
  • Solutions design
  • Project Management
  • Monitor technical solutions proposed through the sales process and manage /flag any potential risks of non closure
  • Proactive assessment of technical solutions as per customers requirement
  • Provides technical expertise in all aspects of the customer solution, including infrastructure and product (e.g., scalability, security, availability, integration)
  • Acts as the prime point of contact for customer design concerns
  • Technical pre-sales support activities, including RFI/RFP /RFQs responses, sales calls, and general Q&A for customer prospects
  • Provide Technical/Operational assistance and feedback on potential design improvements;
  • Provides input in the selection of products and recommendation on how to improve services;
  • Architect and design solutions in order to meet customer SLA’s and assure closure of the deal.
  • Produces all related documentation including framework, methodology, process, diagrams, templates, workshops;
  • Develops knowledge of our customer’s environment to participate in customer’s discussion and facilitate integration recommendation and increase the pre-sales customer satisfaction ratio;
  • Keeps current on new technologies and our customer’s environment (attending trainings and seminars;
  • Develops and maintain general knowledge of our product line.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; such as Engineering; Telecommunications
  • 3-5+ years relevant experience
  • Experience and familiarity of ICT products ie ICT Infrastructure solutions, security solutions and ICT Services a must
  • Strong writing and oral communications skills
  • Communicative, ability to work in a team
  • Having a rich intellectual curiosity and an ability to learn
  • Willing to develop his knowledge and build a certification program
  • Dynamic, creative and having a good spirit of initiative.
