Financial Accountant – Arusha, Tanzania

Our client a well established Automotive Company based in Arusha Tanzania is seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant. The successful candidate MUST be a Tanzanian National with 10 years working experience in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the finance policies of the company.
• Facilitate and ensure budgetary controls as per AFG & statutory guidelines.
• Responsible for working capital and treasury management.
• Actively manage cash flow, projections and forecasting.
• Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets.
• Primary interface for all banking, treasury and board-level presentations.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field preferably augmented with an MBA.
• Must have CPA (K) or ACCA Finalist
• Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a commercial environment.


Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000 - 200,000/= (Approx. 1,500 - 2,000 USD) depending on skills and qualification.
