Team Leader - Khartoum, Sudan

Our client, the biggest conglomerate in Sudan is looking for a Team Leader/ Foreman for their farm outside Khartoum. The successful candidate will be in charge of motivating, supervising and leading the workers of the farm. He/she must be detail oriented & multi-tasker and have the ability to manage time and workers efficiently. Experience working in hydrophonic facilities is a MUST!

Key Responsibilities:

• Motivation of all workers (operators).
• Supervision of every day work at the Farm.
• Lead the workers by example.
• Daily Assignment to show every worker his job & supervise it regularly within the day.
• Report to Farm Manager any problems, observations, remarks concerning all crops.
• Cooperate with Technical Supervisor to address technical issues and interact with Farm Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Grower.
• Agronomist or Agricultural background.
• Previous experience in vegetable growing.
• Good communication skills.
• Good English - spoken and written.
• Excellent Leadership and organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a hydroponic facility.

Monthly  net salary:  Ksh. 90,000 ( 900 USD ) Accommodation + 1 flight every 2 years + local medical coverage
