CFO – Nanyuki, Kenya

A leading Horticulture Company that export its products to Europe is seeking to recruit a CFO to implement the finance polices of the Company and monitoring the budget. The successful candidate MUST have prior working experience in Horticultural and should be someone who enjoys routine work.

Key Responsibilities;

• Develop and implement the finance policies of the company.
• Advise on the most prudent mechanisms for fiduciary management.
• Ensure there are proper financial and accounting controls.
• Advise Directors and the Board on financial implications of business projects.
• Provide input in business planning and product costing.
• Actively manage cash flow, projections and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate manner.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets.
• Primary interface for all banking, treasury and board-level presentations.

Qualification;

• MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field preferably augmented with an MBA.
• MUST have a CPA K / ACCA with at least 10 years at Senior Financial position.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• MUST have an impeccable integrity and diligence.
• Demonstrated ability to work successfully under pressure.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.500,000 - 600,000/= (Approx. 5,000 - 6,000 USD) depending on experience
