The County Public Service Board of Isiolo wishes to recruit competent and qualified professionals to fill the following positions as per the Constitution of Kenya 2010 under Article 176 (first schedule) and sections 44, 46 & 47 of the County Government Act No. 17/2012.
Human Resource Officer (1 Post)
REF ICPSB/2013/20
The Human Resource Officer will report to the Deputy director Human resource, recruitment and selection and will be responsible for planning, coordinating and administration of human resource activities.
Specific duties will include:
Supporting the establishing and operationalizing the human resource management function;
Ensuring correct interpretation of human resource policies, rules, regulations, labour laws and other relevant statutes;
Supporting the establishing performance management systems;
Establishing records, management systems in the County Public Service Board;
Preparation of Human resource transition reports; and
Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
Have a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Commerce (Human Resource option), Social Sciences or any other relevant and comparable qualification from a recognized university.
Relevant working experience of not less than five years
Terms of service: Permanent
NB: This position will be under County Public Service Board
