Our client, a global Automotive Distributor is seeking to
hire a Branch Manager to be based in the outskirts of Nairobi. The
successful candidates Must have
relevant experience in the automotive industry with thorough
technical knowledge and understanding of the business set up – both sales and
after sales. The candidate Must be
enthusiastic and a natural sales person who can fit in with different cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Move a consolidated volume of 180 units in 12
months at the branch.
·
Weekly update of business intelligence reports.
·
Ensure that all orders are delivered in full
and the parts process is followed to the letter.
·
Ensure service turnaround times are adhered to
as per service level.
·
Assist in developing a succession plan for the
various departments.
·
Oversee the daily sales branch reports.
·
Send branch reports on a monthly basis to the
MD.
·
Participate in all departmental meetings.
·
Advise the various departmental heads on the
action points
Qualifications:
·
Must have 10 years
plus working experience in the automotive industry.
·
Must have a Degree
in Business Management or BCom or related field.
·
Experience in setting up a branch or
dealership is an added advantage.
·
Proven track record of significantly growing new business
accounts.
·
Must have excellent references from previous employers.
·
Must be a person of high integrity and
ethics.
·
Must be enthusiastic and a natural sales person.
·
Computer
literate.
·
Must be willing to
work out of Nairobi.
·
Quick thinker, team player and quick
cultural fitness.
·
Ability to work
under minimum supervision.
·
Good written and
spoken English.
