Our client, a dynamic Microfinance Company based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager. The successful candidate MUST have international experience (preferable in Europe, America, Asia or Middle East).
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementing the finance policies of the company.
• Strategic financial management and financial reporting to IFRS standard.
• Modelling and budgeting for unsecured lending business.
• Full budgeting, cash flow, P&L management.
• Financial reporting of management accounts and posting to pastel accounting system.
• Preparation of accounts for Tax & Audit.
• Payroll oversight & administration.
Qualification:
• MBA is a prerequisite.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Must have CPA (K)/ACCA/CFA.
• Hindu and Gujarati speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
