Country Operations Manager - Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Our
client, a Logistic Facility Management firm for an Oil company, is looking for
a Country Operations Manager. The successful candidate must be very dynamic and
knowledgeable on the regulatory processes .He/she MUST have lived in Ethiopia for not less than 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Manage a team of 10 permanent staff
in Addis Ababa.
·
Client
engagement.
·
Provides
technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration from
definition phase through implementation.
·
Oversee projects in the field with
over 200 staff.
·
Manage the company growth and take
the business to the next level.
·
Report to the Regional Director.
Qualification:
·
Must have a bachelor’s degree in
Engineering.
·
A master’s degree will be an added
advantage.
·
MUST be residing
in Ethiopia.
·
Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience preferably in a multi-national
company.
·
Must have operations / field
background in civil engineering / construction or facilities management
background.
·
Must have management experience for
a minimum of 5 years.
·
Must be an all rounded generalist
with hands on experience and knowledge in HR, Logistics, Finance, BDM and
Operations.
·
Must know the regulatory process in
Ethiopia.
·
Must be willing to travel
periodically.
·
Must be between 40 - 45 years old.
Monthly
gross salary: Ksh. 425,000 /= (Approx. 5,000 USD)
