Title: Technical Field Operations
Manager – Turkana , Kenya
Our
client a Logistic Facility Management company for an Oil establishment is
looking to fill the position of a Technical Field Operations Manager. The
successful candidate must be a strong leader, able to lead a team of expatriate
project managers and very fluent in Swahili.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage
the client’s relationship.
Manage
2 - 3 project managers in the field.
Manage
changes and variations.
Cost
capture and negotiations.
Field
contract management.
Manage
community relations.
Manage
recruitment and procurement.
Liaise
with other departments to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Qualification:
Must
have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
A
Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
Must
have good communication skills.
Must
be strong, independent and diplomatic.
Must
be efficient record keeper both internal / external.
Must
be ready to travel.
Working
experience with international companies will be an added advantage.
