Title: Male Country Human Resource Manager 

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 200,000 - 250,000/= (Approx. 2,352 - 2,941 USD) depending on experience

Our client, a Logistics Facility Management Company for an Oil establishment is looking to  recruit a Country Human Resource Manager. The successful candidate MUST have excellent experience in industrial relations.

Qualification:

• Must have an MBA or a relevant master’s degree. 
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in human resource management in a large manufacturing organization dealing with casual workers.
• Must have at least 5 years in senior management position.
• Must be a member of relevant professional body e.g. IHRM. 
• Must have good knowledge of Kenya labour laws and employee relations systems. 
• Proven experience in leading, supporting and motivating staff and teams.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, written, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent management, leadership, planning and prioritization skills.
• High degree of integrity, dependability and confidentiality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills coupled with ability to influence, negotiate, advice, mentor and train.
