Advocates – 2 Positions

A busy medium sized Nairobi firm is seeking to recruit two suitably qualified Advocates with 2 – 4 years’ experience in conveyance / commercial / securities. The successful candidate MUST have a valid Practicing Certificate for 2015.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documentation such as agreements, contracts, memoranda of understanding and confidentiality agreements.


Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Must be an advocate of the High Court.
• A diploma in law from the Kenya school of Law.
• Must be a certified public secretary

Monthly gross salary: Ksh 100,000/= (Approx. 1,052 USD) depending on experience & qualification
