Business Development Manager

New Mining - Agriculture Company to Kenya are looking for a real self starter Business Development Manager. They must have Multi-national experience having worked overseas plus previous experience in business development. The successful candidate will represent this company in East Africa and help develop entry strategy with initial focus on Agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute entry strategy to Kenya.
• Owner of marketing and business plan.
• Develop solid networks with business leaders, trade bodies, NGO’s.
• Grow sales and build relationships with distributors.
• Commercial contact and key accounts.

Qualifications/skills:

• University degree in Science / Engineering.
• Lived & worked abroad for multinational company.
• Agriculture – building knowledge in Kenya.
• Good communication skills English, French & Swahili a plus
• Previous experience in business development and sales.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 585,000 – 682,000 (Approx.6000 – 7000 USD) plus benefits – Depending on experience and qualification
