Assistant Retail Branch Manager

Our client a well-established Retail Chain Company is looking to fill the position of an Assistant Branch Manager. The successful candidate must have experience working in Senior Management for Retail Company. He / she MUST have strong business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and manage business development.
• Build relationship with customers.
• Ensure the customer receives products on time and accurately as per request.
• Efficient manage labour, vehicle fleet, machinery and equipment in order to optimise use.
• Efficiently manage assigned product category by insuring products are correctly ordered, displaced, priced and sold so as to optimise sales and maintain levels of stock.
• Ensured the project is completed as per agreed timelines in a cost effective manner so as to meet or exceed client’s requirements.
• Maintain a daily schedule for each vehicle based on the route allocated for delivery using the picking list.
• Coordinate with the Internal Audit Department to ensure that all stock variance are investigated.
Qualification:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years in senior management.
• Must have relevant experience in retail management.
• Must be willing to work in a high pressure environment.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in business.
• Must have strong business management skills.
• Candidates with Ceramic experience will have an added advantage.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 180,000 - 150,000/= (Approx. 1,578 - 1,894 USD)depending on experience
