Sales Executive – Business to Business

A dynamic retail chain of second hand clothing commonly know as mitumba is looking to fill the position of  a Sales Executive. The company is in an exciting growth stage and currently they are opening their 5 shop. Due to the rapid growth, they are looking for a natural sales person to take them to the next level. The position will require sales of mitumba containers with an average of 600 bailes per container to importers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual sales target.
• Selling of containers of second hand clothing to importers in East Africa Region.
• Traveling in the region to ensure sales targets are meet.
• Ability to come up with a sales approach that will generate revenue.
• Support the Retail and Warehouse Manager in day to day operations.
• Prospecting on new customers and increasing companies’ portfolio.

Qualification:

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be a natural sales person who enjoys dealing with people.
• A background in mitumba business is an added advantage either formally or informally.
• Must have experience selling business to business.
• Must be mature and well presentable to meet with senior level executive.
• Must have an outgoing personality.
• Must be willing to travel to other countries in the region.
• Must have good general knowledge of import / export procedures in different countries or willing to learn.
• Must be solution oriented.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 50,000 /= (Approx.  500 USD) Plus bonus on achieving KPI’s
