Our client, an International Wine company are looking for a self-starter to set up a new business in Kenya. The person should be passionate, dedicated with a strong sales and business management background. The successful candidate MUST have at least 5 years’ experience in FMCG management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up a complete new business in Kenya.
• General operations, sales & marketing plus HR management.
• Responsible for effectiveness, efficiency and profitability of the business.
• Manage all operations and sales.
Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
• Managerial & administration skills.
• Leadership & excellent business experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry.
• Must have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the Wine industry is an asset.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh.370,000 - 460,000/= (Approx. 4,000 - 5,000 USD)depending on experience
