Our client, a leading importer and distributor of supplements based in Nairobi, Kenya is looking to recruit an IT and Systems Manager. The ideal candidate MUST have I.T experience in developing strategy and ensuring efficient management of I.T systems. He/She will be responsible for optimising efficiency of the existing software and managing all aspects of the company related to hardware and software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Give support to the departments in IT and systems related matters.
• Understand and be able to use SAP and SQL to improve physical processes.
• Develop IT policies and upgrades related to SAP and CISTECH.
• Monitor licenses and requirements related to ERP.
• Maintain all hardware and software.
• Give periodical reports on tasks completed.
• Attend board meetings.
• Effectively recruit, induct, lead, manage, train and develop IT staff.
Qualifications:
• Must have a Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
• Must have above 4 years experience in an ICT environment.
• Must have working experience with SAP and SQL.
• Ability to read, analyse and interprets periodical reports, and technical procedures.
• Able to motivate staff through leadership.
• Able to handle high stress environment positively.
• Ability to create good and strong work ties cross different departments.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000 - 200,000/= (Approx. 1,500 - 2,000 USD) depending on skills and experience
