Key Responsibilities;
• Drive the creation and implementation of the Company's sales and marketing strategy.
• Ensure that appropriate structures and systems are developed to meet and exceed goals.
• Provide leadership to ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide training and development opportunities for all sales & marketing staff.
• Ensure effective coordination and relationships with all disciplines of the organization.
• Develop a sales & marketing vision.
• Identify and coordinate efforts towards identifying new customers and product offerings.
Qualifications;
• A university degree in business administration or similar.
• History of impacting positive and efficient process system change throughout an organization.
• Prior experience working for an FMCG & hospitality business is a MUST.
• Strong in strategic planning and business & market development.
• Computer literate using MS office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent supervisory skills and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 400,000 /= (Approx. 4,000 USD) Plus Medical Cover and Car Allowance
