Key Responsibilities;
• Responsible for day-to-day production within the factory.
• Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily and applying a team approach.
• Plans, schedules, strategizes, and oversees all production activities.
• Performs essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication with employees and clients.
• Responsible for the effective and efficient planning and scheduling of personnel and equipment.
• Meeting the department production and quality goals.
• Meeting the companywide profitability and customer satisfaction goals.
• Comply with all occupational health & safety requirements.
• Take all necessary actions to manage production costs and improve profitability.
Qualification;
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Must have 3 years supervisory experience.
• Must have over 5 years of experience in a high production environment.
• Excellent analytical and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 180,000 - 300,000/= (Approx. 1,800 - 3,000 USD) Plus accommodation and car allowance
