Retail Sales Executive - 8 positions

Our client, an international Cosmetic Company with a range of skincare and cosmetic products is seeking to recruit Retail Sales Executives for their Nairobi branches. The successful candidate MUST have prior sales experience in perfumes / cosmetic / skin care products.

Key Responsibilities;

• Responsible for daily operations and tasks of the store.
• Conduct market research to understand the opportunities and customers.
• Develop strategies and plans to support the business growth.
• Provide professional customer care to walk in clients in the store.
• Aide in selection and organize for deliveries if necessary and after sale service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications;

• Must have a diploma in Beauty Therapy or related discipline.
• 2 years work experience in beauty / retail /FMCG industry.
• Must be aged 20 – 35 years old.
• Strong influencing ability and compelling communication skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Computer literate.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 40,000 -  60,000/= (Approx. 400 - 600 USD)depending on experience
