Our client a local Manufacturer and Distributer of high quality fuel-efficient cooking products that saves lives and forest is looking to fill the position of a Sales Representative for their offices based in Ruiru, Kenya. The successful candidate MUST have relevant experience selling to distributors, MFI’s, Sacco’s, third part E-commerce platforms and corporations. This is a field sales position and requires a tremendous amount of hustle, lead generation, independence and self-motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for finding new leads, setting meetings, introducing product, and closing sales deals.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close outside sales deals.
• Be the primary contact person on every account and regularly meet with clients.
• Train client’s staff on the product, company’s value position, and how to sell the product.
• Work with clients on their business strategy to ensure success of selling in selling product.
• Consistently track sales performance, measure and analyze monthly sales projections.
Qualification:
• Must be a natural sales person with solid experience selling B2B.
• Must be a university graduate.
• Must have reasonable experience on field sales and proven ability to prospect new clients.
• An experience selling wholesale consumer durable goods is mandatory.
• High energy, positive and able close deals 24/7.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 60,000/= + commissions on sales (Approx. 600 USD)
