The ARM Graduate Training Programme will provide entry level opportunities to young, energetic, highly motivated and competent individuals to pursue a rewarding career with the company. As one of the most diversified and the fastest expanding business in the region, successful candidates will undergo a structured development programme in our various factories in East Africa to fast track them into technician, supervisory and middle level management positions in 2 to 3 years time.

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:-

1. Not more than 24 years old
2. Fresh Degree /diploma graduates in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Analytical Chemistry, Process, Civil or equivalent engineering qualifications from a recognized college
3. A person of high integrity with the drive to excel
4. Computer literacy skills
5. Excellent Communication and team working skills
6. Self driven with demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines
