CLIENT SERVICE OFFICER (KENYAN JOBS AND JOBS IN KENYA OCTOBER 2013)

Title: Client Service Officer

Corporate Staffing Services is medium sized consultancy based in Westlands Nairobi. We are looking for a client service officer who will work with the management in order to meet clients expectations.
The Client service Officer will be in charge of
  • In charge of public relations and marketing activities
  • Managing key accounts by ensuring constant communication with clients
  • Manage the structure and report on all recruitment activities from the start to the finish
  • Organizing presentation, workshops, networking sessions
  • In charge of the marketing budget
  • Sources for qualifies candidates through the database, online job portals, cold calling, headhunting etc
  • Meet with clients and understand their recruitment process
  • In charge of recruitment assistants
  • Prepare application summary and interview reports for the clients
  • Invoicing and following up on payment
  • Inform clients on requirements and procedure
  • Quality assurance- perform quality checks on our work and others
  • Delivers on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards
  • Ensure the organization is compliant with relevant government bodies and institutions

Qualifications
  • A Bachelors degree in either marketing, administration, communication, publications relations
  • Qualifications in HR is desirable but not a must
  • Practical Ms Office skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Organized and attentive to details
  • Excellent grooming skills
  • Familiar with social media marketing, events, seminars and organizing trainings
  • Ability to handle competing projects with strict deadlines
  • Person of integrity, innovative and can do attitude
  • Must have worked in the service industry with a minimum of four years experience
  • Age: 26 – 32 years
  • People person with an open attitude
  • Entrepreneur mindset
  • Must have worked in a medium sized firm reporting to directors
