OUPEA is seeking to recruit a high calibre, results-oriented, experienced and highly skilled professional for the position Personal Assistant.
Person
- This is a middle level position and we therefore desire to have a dedicated and technically skilled business professional with a versatile administrative support skill set developed through experience as an office manager, secretary, administrative assistant and office clerk.
- Excel in resolving employer challenges with innovative solutions, systems and process improvements proven to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and the bottom line.
- Excellent numeracy skills with knowledge and skills in the preparation and maintenance of records and reporting on same.
- Offer advanced computer skills in MS Office Suite and other applications/systems while ensuring excellent brand image.

Knowledge, skills and abilitiesThe position requires an appropriate bachelor’s degree in the field of Humanities & Social Sciences, with three (3) or more years’ experience in Office Management and a proven track record of consistent high performance.
