Chief Executive Officer

Our client, an established Beauty company is seeking to recruit a Chief Executive Officer who will be establishing, overseeing and ensuring continuity and growth of day to day operations at the company. The successful candidate MUST have prior working experience in the Beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate, review and improve operational processes and systems.
• Chair board meetings.
• Ensure delivery of services in different branches.
• Maintain customer relationship.
• Ensure quality management, health and safety and legal stipulations.
• Supply chain and procurement management.
• Oversee the recruitment process of staff.

Qualifications:

• Must have an MBA.
• Must have a minimum of 8 years working experience.
• Must have 3  years’ experience in Senior Management position.
• Must have retail background.
• Work experience in the beauty industry is an added advantage.
• Must have an entrepreneurial mind.
• Computer literate.
• Good written and spoken English.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 250,000 /= (Approx. 2,778 USD)
