Senior Equity Partner

Our client, a solely owned successful Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management Consulting Company based in Kenya, is seeking a dynamic Equity Partner to help grow the business across Kenya and East Africa. The successful candidate MUST to be a fully accredited Chartered Accountant and have a minimum of 10 years in a Senior Financial role. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Will determine long-range development and cost / revenue strategies.
• Create financial strategies, policies and budget control systems.
• Communicate / train / coach / mentor clients and their employees.
• Develop management reporting systems for presentation to client.
• Monitors and analyses on trends and opportunities for expansion.
• Recruiting, training, motivating, retaining and leading an effective finance team.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training.

Qualification:

• MUST be a fully accredited Chartered Accountant.
• Must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance, taxation and due diligence.
• Familiarity with organizational development, budget and resource development.
• Must be good in strategic planning.
• Must be able to demonstrate success in developing and monitoring systems.
• The energy, drive and enthusiasm ability to source new clients.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with “hands-on” approach.
• Good network of business contacts in Kenya.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to partner with a dynamic team.
• Must demonstrate qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment.
• Must enumerate excellent organizational skills.
• Must demonstrate high levels of confidentiality.
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and spoken.


Monthly gross salary: Competitive remuneration depending on experience.
