Pan African Research Services Ltd (PARS) is one of the fastest growing Social and Market Research companies in the region. As the name suggests, Pan African Research Services operates throughout the African continent and has local field forces in most countries it operates. Our service offer ranges from a wide variety of market surveys, human resource and work environment, social research and monitoring & evaluation studies. We are looking for dedicated, zealous and talented individuals to join PARS Ltd for two positions:

The minimum qualifications for the position are:

Technical Skills
  • Must demonstrate experience as a researcher; be confident with clients and experienced in using a variety of social or market research methodologies.
  • Must have superior quantitative and qualitative research skills.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent Client Relationship Management Skills:
-    Recognized as the key contact for the client, achieving high levels of client satisfaction and repeat  business
-    Gives direction to the client on how to achieve their research needs

Role
  • New Business Sourcing
  • Preparation of key proposal elements
  • Social and Market Research Surveys Management including: tools development, organizing project related logistics, management of finances for project activities, qualitative data collection, report writing and client presentations

Requirements
  • Two to four years experience in social and market research.
  • Must be a graduate from a recognized university
  • Sales and marketing skills will be an added advantage
  • Must be able to demonstrate confident communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate team work
  • Should have a keen eye for details
  • Must be proactive
