Title: Account Manager
Our client a well established company is in search of an Accounts Manager. He/she should be within family animal health industry or with agricultural background.
Location: Nairobi – Kenya.
Key Qualification:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree.
- Must have 5 years experience in sales/key account management.
- Must have good command of English that is quantitative and qualitative.
- Must have strong computer skills MS Office.
- Must have the ability to learn system like CRM system.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have good planning and prioritization skills.
- Must have good interpersonal contacts and perceived by the Key Accounts as a knowledge partner and expert.
- Must have the ability to think and act strategically and to anticipate customer needs.
- Must be eager to achieve objectives and obtain the targeted results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates high level of customer entry approach, combined with good business orientation.
- Maintains effectiveness with a variety of tasks, responsibilities or people and in different environments.
- Explores positions and alternatives to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Builds and maintains long term professional relationships.
- Makes decisions and takes actions based on market analysis and personal evaluation.

Monthly gross salary: 5,000 – 5,800USD depending on experience
