Title: Business Development Executive
A leading GIS company based in Nairobi is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join the executive team.
The successful candidate should be keen,fantastic team player,innovative and versatile individual who can take a thriving medium sized business to the next level.
Responsibility:
- Ensure that team roles are structured around appropriate skill levels and that team’s skills and levels of expertise are updated as necessary.
- Taking leading role in developing, selecting and embedding firm IP for sales coaching and facilitation.
- Conceptualizes new services that complement and extend existing capabilities.
- Take leadership roles in cross line of services sales initiatives.
- Lead complex proposal response.
- Leverage research to generate long sales cycle business development initiatives.
Required
- Must possess a post graduate qualification in business, marketing or commerce.
- Accreditation in Advances Sales Methodology.
- Must have a track record in sales and account management(10-15 years experience).
- Must be able to strategies and align sales execution with company’s objective.
- Advanced sales qualification is expected in knowledge and expertise’s in managing a sales pipeline.
- Must have managed a group or team budget and met overall financial targets.
- Added advantage if he/she is a qualified coach/trainer in recognized sales methodology/account management methodology.
- Applicants must have worked in engineer,technical or professional services sector.
Monthly gross salary: 5,800 – 9,400USD depending on experience
