F & B Cost Control Officer

Our client, a prestigious international Luxury Hotel Company, in Nairobi is looking for an F & B Cost Control Officer. The successful candidate will be in charge of daily accounting and controlling of stocks and carry out monthly F & B inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out the daily stock control and inventory.
• Determine and report the actual cost of F & B sold daily and monthly in the F & B department.
• Record the total food purchased and perform reconciliations.
• Counting the F & B in store room and pricing of the F & B items.
• Reconciling the recorded inventory.
• Prepare a monthly summary or meat consumption.
• Conduct daily briefing and de-briefing in the absence of the immediate supervisor.
Qualification:
• Minimum education of Bachelors degree in accounting or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in cost control with experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledgeable in F & B cost management from the hospitality industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude towards challenges and drive to excel.
• Possess professional disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 35,000 - 40,000/= (Approx. 388 - 444 USD) depending on experience & qualification
