Team Leader - Sales

Team Sales Leader needed immediately for a Confectionary Company to cover Eastern and Central Kenya. Must have 3-4 years experience in FMCG general trade and an excellent command of written and spoken English essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop sales & marketing to increase sales growth.
• Manage a sales team.
• Conduct market research about competitors.
• Provide innovative ideas to improve the market presence.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers.

Qualification:

• 3-4 years in FMCG in general trade.
• Have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Must have a Minimum of 2-4 years experience in sales/product management.
• Must have excellent computer knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Monthly gross salary: Khs 50,000 ( approx $530 ) plus benefits
