Our client, a highly regarded safaris company in Karen is looking for PA. The successful candidate will be incharge of diary management and maintaining the manager’s accounts. He/she must have previous experience as a personal assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests.
• Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
• Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post on behalf of the manager.
• Making travel arrangements.
• Organizing and ensuring the director is well prepared for meetings.
Qualifications/skills:
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Impeccable English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Computer literate.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Must have proven PA experience.
Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 120,000 - 150,000/= (Approx. 1,333 - 1,666 USD)depending on experience
