Senior Management Consultant

Our client, a dynamic Consulting Company that helps organizations incorporate systems and processes that makes it possible for them to keep an eye on overall performance is looking for a Senior Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of advisory solutions.
• Provide objective advice and expert toolkit of skills to solve client challenges.
• Develop a total view of the client’s organization and its strategic objectives.
• Serve as the conduit between the clients and the business advisory team.
• Identify potential solutions using a variety of business analysis.
• Undertake research, analyzes and interprets data and statistics.
• Identify and assesses the pros and cons and provide cost/benefit analysis.
• Present material to clients through a variety of modes of communication.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile variances and decomposes information.
• Assist in identifying data quality problems and in determining solution.
• Collaborate with users to analyze, validate and design the logical data model.
• Support and challenge business advisors on their assumptions of business planning and project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in business or management consulting with excellent international exposure.
• An MBA or postgraduate degree in a field of international business, strategy or finance is an added advantage.
• At least 6 to 8 years of experience in business or management consulting.
• Sound technical and business knowledge and understanding.
• Project delivery, project management and project risk management.
• Excellent financial, business understanding / acumen and numerical skills.
• Change management skills.
• Ownership, management and delivery of solutions to clients.
• Ability to coach, mentor, train and transfer skills to others.
• Adherence to a code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
• Strong interpersonal, client engagement and delivery skills.
• Strong problem solving, creative and analytical thinking.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Innovative and results-oriented attitude.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Advanced to excellent computer  skills.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh. 150,000 /= (Approx. 1,666 USD) Plus commissions
