Sales Coordinator

Our client, an Organic Food Manufacturer based in Nairobi is seeking to recruit a Sales Coordinator. The preferred candidate MUST have prior experience working with organic foods sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to meet company’s sales target.
• Managing and training the sales and merchandizing team
• Stock management.
• Visiting all regions quarterly.
• Client relationship management.
• Recruiting and managing distributors.
• Market share maintenance and increase.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to the directors.
• Perform any other duty as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have a degree/diploma in business management or related field.
• Must have 3 years experience in a senior sales position.
• Experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Assertive, proactive and detail oriented.
• Ability to work without supervision.
• Computer literate.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Knowledge of organic foods will be an added advantage.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh 90,000 ( Approx. 1,000 USD)
