Executive Assistant – Regional Director

Our client, an international Support Services Company require a PA to the Regional Director. Based in Nairobi they must be able to carry out a wide variety of administration tasks.  They must be intelligent, confident, highly articulate and very presentable. Excellent command of both spoken and written English required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Director’s meetings and administration.
• Communicate confidently with clients.
• Attend key meetings in office and on site.
• Organise, prioritise and focus on key tasks.
• Organize and maintain files and appointments.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a personal assistant.
• Attend to personal services.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Good standard education, literacy and numeracy.
• Good time management skills.

Monthly gross salary: Ksh.120,000/= (Approx.1200 USD) plus benefits
