Our client, a well established ICT Company is looking for an Assistant Technical Manager to provide technical and management support for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing the day to day activities to provide technical solutions.
• Play an oversight role to ensure pre-installation procedures are followed.
• Ensure set timelines for technical services are met.
• Ensure reported faults and service requests are dealt with in a timely fashion.
• Liaise with the projects manager on management of the customer lifecycle.
• Provide input into budget preparation process for technical services.
Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in IT/ telecommunication engineering or related discipline.
• Must have 5 years experience project management.
• Must have a CCNA certificate.
• Must have a certificate in MS Project.
• Certificate in design - Visio or AutoCAD.
• Technically knowledgeable and demonstrate the ability to manage a team.
Monthly gross salary: Competitive remuneration depending on experience and qualifications
