Executive Chef
Location: Bungoma
Main Purpose of Role:
- The Executive chef supervises other kitchen personnel and is responsible for making the administrative decisions for a restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Chef with a proven track record in various popular Cuisines
- Experience in managing Food Safety Standards
- Organised and demonstrates good planning skills
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to work and deliver results in a fast paced work environment
- A Team player.
- Should have excellent grooming standards
- First class people skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Should be excellent in using various computer packages
Person Specification
- Diploma in Food Craft
- Age: 30-40years
Experience
- Must have at least 5 years’ relevant experience and adequate qualificationsin a star Hotel
