Digital Design Internships
Description: Dotsavvy is looking for an intern with extensive digital graphic design experience.
In this role, you’ll create design assets for Dotsavvy’s clients digital properties, build creative presentations, and produce mock-ups and design iterations for existing and prospective Dotsavvy clients
Responsibilities
- Work primarily with the Dotsavvy production team on a variety of design projects that include:
- Create design assets for Dotsavvy’s clients digital properties such as websites, e-newsletters, social media, mobile apps, etc
- Build highly visual and creative presentations for Dotsavvy’s existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with Dotsavvy’s Business Development team to produce mock-ups and design iterations for prospective Dotsavvy clients
Qualifications
- Candidates must have extensive graphic design experience and be able to demonstrate this through their work on websites/blogs/portfolio
- Candidates must be undergraduate level students or recent graduates within six months of completing their undergraduate degree.
- We are also considering candidates who may be NOT be in a formal degree program but have acquired similar capabilities via other means
- Candidates must specialise in provocative & smart digital design
- Thorough design knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with website content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc
- A fundamental appreciation of the important role that user experience (UX) design plays in realisation of amazing digital design outcomes
- Ability to work in an energetic atmosphere and take direction
- Boundless energy for the occasional late nights
- Strong communications skills
- Highly organised; keen attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual and resourceful
